"Dirty Sunday"

This piece is a playful tribute to my go-to martini ritual at Café Maud in NYC’s East Village. At the bottom, a devil-horned girl lounges inside a martini glass, tipsy and dreaming—her ZZZs floating up into a mock receipt that reads like a desperate drink order: “Extra dirty… absolutely diseased. Riddled with olive juice and despair.” That one line is circled, because it says it all.

This piece captures the mood of a Sunday funday gone deliciously off the rails—when the devil on your shoulder just wants one more martini.
